Refund policy

 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price within 30 days of your purchase. 

To claim a refund for a change of mind, you must agree to the following conditions: 

 (a) Provide to us the original product and proof of purchase in the form of your confirmation email, order invoice or original receipt, within 30 days from purchase date as specified on the receipt to: ShaverHub C/- PO Box 96, Glen Iris VIC 3146
 (b) Refund does not include postage costs for the return of the product;
 (c) No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail when you are returning a product to us, we recommend that you use tracking; and
 (d) Refund is only available if we determine that the product has been used in the recommended manner.
